Dibond Budget

Two aluminium skins on a plastic core: the board that stays flat in sun, rain and frost. Company signs, house numbers, site boards, exhibition panels, gallery prints — Dibond Budget is the outdoor board at a sensible price.

How it works

  • Type the size. Any format up to 146 cm wide and 300 cm long — priced by the square metre, with the minimum per job ticket shown as you go.
  • Add what the sign needs. A shaped cut, milled letters, drill holes for screws or stand-offs, a second printed side, a matt, gloss or anti-graffiti coating.

For the buyer

3 mm aluminium composite panel, white, three-layer sandwich, flame-retardant. Direct UV print, 4-colour, up to 1440 dpi. Weatherproof; the coatings add scratch and UV protection or a washable anti-graffiti surface. Cut to size; can be bent along a milled groove on request.

Materials

Questions

How long does it last outdoors?

The board itself for many years — aluminium does not rot, swell or bow. The print is UV-cured; a matt or gloss coating protects it further against sun and scratches, the anti-graffiti coating lets you wash paint and marker off.

Can it be bent or folded?

Yes, along a groove we mill into the back — for a folded edge, a box sign or a bracket. Tell us in the notes where the fold goes.

How do I mount it?

With screws through drill holes, with stand-offs, on a rail system or with strong double-sided tape on a flat surface. Add the drill holes when you order and we place them for you.

Why is there a minimum per job ticket?

Every ticket means a board on the machine and a cut, however small the sign. The minimum equals one square metre. If your board is smaller, the page tells you how many copies the minimum already covers — add them at no extra cost.
