Large-format printing: the products
Products marked “Price online” are priced in the configurator as you choose; the others are quoted on request.
Poster and billboard printing
Posters are printed on four materials: semi-matt 150 g paper for indoors, heavier 200 g paper for posters that will be handled or hung without a frame, blue-backed billboard paper for pasting up outdoors, and fully opaque silverback film. Depending on the paper, the shorter side runs up to 158 cm, 148 cm or 88 cm, at any length; only billboard paper can be split into panels for any size.
For special places there is the waterproof poster for bathrooms, spas or swimming pools, the self-adhesive poster that comes off cleanly again, and the city light poster, lit from behind in illuminated bus shelters and light boxes.
Photo wallpaper, canvas prints and velour wallpaper
Photo wallpaper is printed to your exact wall dimensions and comes in numbered panels about 100 cm wide with a slight overlap. You choose smooth non-woven at 150 g/m², textured non-woven with a plaster look or self-adhesive wall film; the inks are odourless latex. Velour wallpaper puts your design on a wall covering with a velvet-like surface – for a lobby, lounge, reception or accent wall.
For a canvas print, your photo or artwork goes onto textured artist canvas, either 380 g/m² poly-cotton or premium cotton, matt and fade-resistant. On request the canvas is stretched by hand on a solid pine stretcher frame and, with a hanging kit, is ready for the wall.
Printed vinyl, boards and print on wood
Self-adhesive vinyl printed with your design sticks to shop windows, walls, vehicles and machines – white or transparent, permanent or removable without residue. A gloss or matt protective laminate is recommended outdoors and on glass; the roll is 148 cm wide, and wider designs are joined from panels.
For signs, displays and stands there are boards: for print on wood, white-faced poplar plywood takes your design, alongside the light Re-board® honeycomb board in 10 or 16 mm and display board. Neon print puts fluorescent pink, orange, yellow and green on the board – for indoors, because the colours fade in direct sunlight.
Print files, measurements and pickup in Berlin
Ideally send a PDF, AI, EPS or SVG at final size with 3 mm bleed and fonts outlined; images need 100 to 150 dpi at final size. For photo wallpaper, measure the wall at its widest and highest point and add a few centimetres; a photo of the wall helps with the advice.
You collect your print at Lessingstraße 81, 13158 Berlin, or receive it by courier in Berlin or by parcel in Germany. Installation in Berlin is available on request; an on-site measuring visit carries a travel fee, which we tell you before the appointment.

Questions
Which file and resolution do I need?
Ideally a PDF, AI, EPS or SVG at final size, with 3 mm bleed all round and fonts outlined or embedded. Images should have 100 to 150 dpi at final size, colours in CMYK – JPG and PNG work too.
Which paper for which poster?
The semi-matt 150 g paper is meant for indoor posters; the 200 g paper looks the same but is heavier, for posters that will be handled or hung without a frame. Blue-backed billboard paper is made for pasting up outdoors, and silverback film is fully opaque when nothing may show through.
How large can a print be?
It depends on the material: posters up to 158 cm on the shorter side (200 g paper 148 cm, silverback 88 cm) at any length, billboard paper in panels at any size. Printed vinyl comes in one piece up to 148 cm wide and in panels above that; photo wallpaper arrives in numbered panels about 100 cm wide, for walls up to 30 m wide and 4 m high.
Indoors or outdoors?
The 150 g poster paper, photo wallpaper, velour wallpaper, canvas prints and neon print are for indoors – fluorescent colours fade in direct sunlight. Outdoors, use billboard paper for pasting up and printed vinyl with a protective laminate; for damp rooms there is the waterproof poster.
How much does large-format printing cost?
The price depends on material, size, quantity and finishing such as laminate, contour cut or stretcher frame. For core products such as posters, photo wallpaper and printed vinyl the online price calculator shows the price as you configure; canvas prints, city light posters, velour wallpaper, plywood and honeycomb board are quoted on request.
